Our Founder Aileen Williamson
is led by Aileen Williamson who has over 20 years of experience in Hospitality both in the UK and around the world.
Aileen is an expert in hotel operations with a reputation as one of the very best Executive Housekeepers. She draws upon the experience of multiple hotel turnarounds, launch planning/opening and major events such as the London 2012 Olympic Games where she ran the rowing village
Her experience spans the sector from 5* luxury hotels to major leisure facilities including contract management roles for service providers in the industry. As a world traveller for most of her life, Aileen has first-hand experience of the disproportionate effect of climate change.
Combining a desire to educate about climate change and the need for low carbon with a passion for the best possible customer experience has given rise to a carbon literacy training course specifically designed for the hospitality industry and the staff working in the industry.
