Covers an introduction to Carbon Literacy and the science of climate change. Addresses the impact of climate change globally and for hospitality. Discusses carbon footprints and the hospitality sector commitment to reduce carbon by 66% per room per night as set out in the Glasgow Agreement.
Focuses in on hospitality sector specifics such as carbon measurement for hotels, practical steps towards lowest carbon both for your staff and your business. Supports your staff to develop actions to reduce carbon in day to day operations. Concluding with the creation of their low carbon pledge which accompanies their Carbon Literate Citizen award.
